Warehouse administratorYou are responsible for managing stocks, such that the organization and the customers can have up-to-date stock information. You report to the warehouse supervisor.
Tasks and responsibilities.
Goods mutations (incoming goods, consumption, rejection, outgoing goods, etc.) and check the correctness in SAP. Analyzing of error based on error messages indicated by the system; Signaling of structural problems, indicating and implementing possible
improvement points; After entering planning data in the system, selecting differences and making corrections; Drafting of standard reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for customers and own organization regarding Inbound and outbound flow of shipments,
quality and rejection. Responsible for the planning of shipments coming from the Amsterdam warehouses and moving through the X-Dock according to customer committed dock date, warehouse processing capacity, transportation schedule and carrier capacity.
Coordinates the daily ops meeting and interfaces with internal teams and suppliers to resolve any issues to avoid delays to customer and set the right priorities.
You have at least MBO + working and thinking level;
You are analytical and you enjoy being involved with numbers and planning
You have excellent knowledge of English in both spoken and written;
You are full-time available and flexible in working hours;
You are self-employed;
You are experienced with Excel (MS Office) and experience with SAP is a plus;
You have good communication skills.
