You are the backbone of our company as you help to solve problems and provide a great experience for the consumers.
You are our main contact to our customers for the services provided by our operational departments.
You monitor the processes of the warehouse. Create periodic reports and answer questions about the day to day business to our customers. As well you make periodic reports based on established KPI's and support account management. The work is very
diverse. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is flexible, has an helicopter view and has a customer is king mentality.
Tasks and responsibilities.
The first and central point of contact for our customers for the day to day business. Maintaining the contact with the customer(s) at the operational level about the bottlenecks in the daily business and the actions to be taken; be spindle between the
warehouse, customer and account managers; Support the day to day requests, for example: Serial number, Country of Origin requests
Coordination and resolution of shipment discrepancies; Follow up on missing deliveries Inventory queries. Organize redelivery in case of deliveries to incorrect customer or at the request of the customer. Second leg Expedite advice, support and tracking
Follow up on the received (operational) complaints from customers and discuss these with your supervisor/manager, as well as,
monitoring the follow up needed from the operation. Responsible for the transfer of the information to and consultation with the responsible executive departments. In addition also the coordination and monitoring of the correct implementation of
agreements; Make sure that the (operational) agreements with the customer, based on given input, KPI's etc. regarding the services are met; Create and maintain reports for the operation on the basis of agreed KPI's; Identify shortcomings in the service
provision and after consulting the manager, initiate corrective measures.
You… have at least MBO + working and thinking level;
