SupervisorAs Quality Supervisor, you will report directly to the Production Manager.
You are responsible for guaranteeing the quality of products before, during and after the production process. A small team of Quality employees and Admin support will report to you.
Tasks and responsibilities of the Quality Supervisor:
Monitoring, steering/managing, coaching and evaluating a team of 3-5 quality employees and 1 employee in the position of Ops admin support.
You monitor processes, the quality, quantity and continuity of the service and are jointly responsible for fulfilling the high quality requirements of our client.
You are responsible for assessing information with regard to quality controls and identify timely if any details or deviations are found.
You submit improvement proposals that can lead to improvement of the service.
You are responsible for checking new products (FAIs / FFAIs) and supported in new projects.
You provide reports on time.
You ensure compliance with the various internal regulations and legal provisions.

Requirements for the Quality Supervisor:
*Higher Professional Education (HBO/MBO+) professional or equivalent;
You have a strong sense of responsibility and are a natural leader
You have a strong quality awareness.
You have knowledge of production / logistics processes
Knowledge and experience with SAP is desirable;
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage;
You have full availability and are prepared to work in variable day shifts or do shift work (no 9 to 5 mentality).
